Important Client Responsibilities
Clients must obtain their own consumer reports directly from ChexSystems and Early Warning Services before the process begins.
Monitoring your mail and email during the investigation period is essential, as reporting agencies may send responses or verification requests directly to you.
If a negative record is successfully removed, it is important not to dispute the same item again, as doing so can sometimes cause the information to be re-reported.
