We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital products once access has been granted. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

If no measurable progress is observed after the initial service cycle, Serenity Consulting Group may provide an additional service cycle at no additional cost, based on individual case review. This ensures each client receives continued guidance and support toward their credit improvement goals.
Please note that credit files may be modified, updated, or deleted only in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Serenity Consulting Group does not control credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies and cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on each client’s unique credit profile and creditor responses.
In the event that no changes occur after services are rendered, a partial refund may be issued at Serenity Consulting Group’s discretion, depending on the circumstances of the case and services performed.
