Serenity Continuum™ is an ongoing credit consulting program designed for clients who desire structured guidance, professional support, and consistent progress in managing and improving their credit profile.

This program provides monthly review, strategy, and dispute preparation services focused on information that may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Each client receives a personalized approach tailored to their unique credit profile and financial goals, supported through a secure client portal and professional case management.

Monthly Service Fee: $129.00
Billed monthly for ongoing consulting services performed during your enrollment.

Your Enrollment Includes

Monthly billing continues until you cancel your enrollment. You may cancel at any time by providing notice in accordance with the terms of your Service Agreement.

Serenity Consulting Group operates in compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310) and does not collect fees for credit consulting services until such services have been performed in accordance with applicable law.

Required Credit Monitoring

Clients are required to maintain an active third-party credit monitoring service at a cost of $39.90 per month for the duration of the program.

This fee is separate from Serenity Consulting Group’s program investment and is paid directly to the credit monitoring provider.

The credit monitoring service enables Serenity Consulting Group to access updated credit reports and accurately track progress throughout the consulting period. Failure to activate or maintain credit monitoring may delay or prevent services from being rendered.

Program Structure

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract or minimum commitment. Clients may remain enrolled until they are satisfied with their progress, choose to transition to self-managed credit improvement, or elect to discontinue services at their discretion.

Serenity Consulting Group does not guarantee the removal of any specific account or any credit score increase.
Credit bureaus and creditors determine final reporting outcomes.
Results vary based on each client’s individual credit profile and the responses of reporting entities.
Clients retain the legal right to dispute information on their credit reports independently at no cost.
This service is provided for education and administrative support purposes only and is compliant with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), information may be corrected, updated, or removed if determined to be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable.
Each enrolled client receives access to a secure client portal for updates and documentation.
