Serenity Signature Keys™ is an elevated credit consulting and mortgage-readiness experience created for clients who are preparing for future homeownership and desire a refined, professionally guided path forward.

This concierge program integrates personalized credit strategy, four structured dispute service cycles, and mortgage preparation support to help clients move toward pre-approval with clarity and confidence. The pace and outcome of the program are determined by each client’s individual credit profile and the response timelines of credit bureaus and data furnishers.

Every client receives individualized attention, strategic guidance, and access to trusted industry professionals throughout the service process.

What’s Included

Mortgage Readiness Consultation
A consultation with a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to discuss homeownership preparedness. Scheduling instructions will be provided following completion of the dispute service phase.

Personalized Credit & Financial Guidance
Tailored education and strategy focused on credit rebuilding, utilization management, on-time payment practices, budgeting, and savings alignment.

Comprehensive Credit File Review
Assistance with identifying missing or incomplete documentation, including employment verification or outstanding tax-related requirements when applicable.

Four Structured Dispute Service Cycles
Professionally prepared dispute submissions concentrated on reviewing and addressing information that may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable under applicable consumer protection laws.

Pre-Approval & Realtor Support
Upon completion of the dispute service phase, clients receive guidance for mortgage pre-approval and may be referred back to their realtor or connected with a trusted professional from Serenity Consulting Group’s network.

Program Investment & Payment Options

Total Investment: $2,097.00

Clients may choose one of the following payment options:

• Two payments of $1,048.50

• Or a one-time payment of $2,097.00

The initial payment includes:

• Client onboarding and secure account setup

• Comprehensive credit file review and audit

• Development of a customized dispute strategy and preparation of documentation

The remaining balance is billed 30 days after completion of the first dispute service cycle and receipt of initial bureau responses.

Serenity Consulting Group operates in compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310) and does not collect fees for credit consulting services until services have been rendered in accordance with applicable law.

Required Credit Monitoring

Clients are required to maintain an active third-party credit monitoring service at a cost of $39.90 per month for the duration of the program.

This fee is separate from Serenity Consulting Group’s program investment and is paid directly to the credit monitoring provider.

The credit monitoring service enables Serenity Consulting Group to access updated credit reports and accurately track progress throughout the consulting period. Failure to activate or maintain credit monitoring may delay or prevent services from being rendered.

• Credit bureaus and creditors determine final reporting outcomes.

• Clients retain the legal right to dispute information on their credit reports independently at no cost.

• This program is provided for education and administrative support purposes only and complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

• Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), information may be corrected, updated, or removed if determined to be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable.

• Each enrolled client receives access to a secure client portal for updates and documentation.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service and the work performed immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once services have begun.
