Serenity Velocity Detox™ is an expedited, concierge-level credit consulting experience created for clients preparing their credit profile for future funding opportunities.

This refined service begins with an intensive Credit Detox phase, concentrating on identifying and addressing information that may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable under applicable consumer protection laws. The detox phase is followed by up to three professionally prepared dispute service cycles designed to reinforce corrections and resolve remaining negative reporting.

Each client receives a structured and strategically guided experience rooted in discretion, precision, and regulatory compliance. The pace and outcome of this program depend on each client’s unique credit profile and the response timelines of credit bureaus and data furnishers. No specific timeframe or result is guaranteed.

Program Structure

Serenity Consulting Group operates in full compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310) and does not collect fees for credit consulting services until services have been rendered in accordance with applicable law.

This program provides education, strategy, and administrative support only.

Required Credit Monitoring

Clients are required to maintain an active third-party credit monitoring service at a cost of $39.90 per month for the duration of the program.

This fee is separate from Serenity Consulting Group’s program investment and is paid directly to the credit monitoring provider.

The credit monitoring service enables Serenity Consulting Group to access updated credit reports and accurately track progress throughout the consulting period. Failure to activate or maintain credit monitoring may delay or prevent services from being rendered.

• Each enrolled client receives access to a secure client portal for communication and documentation.

Due to the nature of this service and the work performed immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable.
