Payment Options

Serenity Signature Resolve™ Premier is a comprehensive twelve-month credit consulting experience created for clients with complex or extensive credit profiles who require long-term, professionally guided support.

This program is designed to assist clients with reviewing and addressing information contained within their credit reports in accordance with applicable federal consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310).

Throughout the twelve-month service period, clients receive up to twelve professionally prepared dispute service cycles conducted through appropriate consumer advocacy channels where applicable. All services are delivered with discretion, integrity, and strict regulatory compliance.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to ensure continuity of service, extended oversight, and a high standard of individualized case management.

Program Duration

Serenity Signature Resolve™ Premier is a twelve-month concierge program beginning on the client’s official enrollment date.
Services are delivered in structured phases throughout the twelve-month period based on bureau response timelines, regulatory guidelines, and individual credit file activity.

Due to the complexity of credit profiles served under this program, no specific outcomes, deletions, or timelines for results are guaranteed. Final determinations are made solely by credit bureaus and data furnishers.

Program Investment & Payment Options

Total Investment: $1,899.00

Clients may select one of the following payment options:

  • Two payments of $949.50

  • Or a one-time payment of $1,899.00

The initial payment includes:

  • Client onboarding and secure account setup

  • Comprehensive credit file review and audit across all three bureaus

  • Development of a long-term, multi-phase dispute and review strategy

Subsequent billing occurs in accordance with service milestones and applicable consumer protection regulations. Serenity Consulting Group operates in compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310) and does not collect fees for credit consulting services until services have been rendered in accordance with applicable law.

Required Credit Monitoring

Clients are required to maintain an active third-party credit monitoring service at a cost of $39.90+ per month for the duration of the program.

This fee is separate from Serenity Consulting Group’s program investment and is paid directly to the credit monitoring provider.

Active credit monitoring enables Serenity Consulting Group to access updated credit reports, monitor bureau responses, and accurately track progress throughout the consulting period. Failure to activate or maintain active credit monitoring may delay or prevent services from being rendered.
